Mark your calendars as "Walking with Dinosaurs-The Live Experience" takes over the US Airways Center for a limited engagement Sept. 10-14 in Downtown Phoenix.

This thrilling 90-minute performance garnered worldwide acclaim, winning the 2007 THEA award for Outstanding Achievement in Touring Event. The production took tons of planning and cost $20 million. Now the creative team gets to sits back and watch its vision come to life.

The show begins with a 36-foot high, 49-foot long Brachiosaurus moving about the stage, thanks to animatronic experts. Throughout the show, 15 life-size dinosaurs representing 10 species will evolve 200 million years, accompanied by the climatic and tectonic changes that took place along the way. (Cool fact: Every dinosaur requires three people to operate - one driver and two "voodoo puppeteers.")

"Walking with Dinosaurs-The Live Experience" is sure to be not only enjoyable but also educational. With the help of a paleontologist, the re-creation of these prehistoric creatures is "as accurate as science allows." Making this a family-friendly must-see!
